The ASC76 is a high volume, compact and portable production CNC fully automatic bar chamfering machine, for chamfering and ending mass-produced parts at high speed.
This machine has been specifically designed for the fastener / stud bolt / thread rod industry.
For chamfering, over-turning and chamfering and stud rod chamfering, the ASC76 with clamping wedge system delivers cycle times as low as 2.5 seconds per operation.
Bespoke tooling can be provided to cater for any special application. The machine can deliver changeover times between part sizes as low as 45 seconds. It can achieve up to 3000rpm with 4kw of power directly driven to the cutting head. A user friendly interface features built-in speeds and feeds for different chamfer sizes in metric & imperial.
