A small, cost effective and portable briquette machine, specifically designed to fit to individual machines / machining centres to press smaller quantities of metal swarf chips.
Providing the technological & reliability benefits of a Hocker Polytechnik briquetting press but with a much smaller footprint. The metal briquettes produced are still to the same high standard and quality as our larger systems.
This machine is capable of dealing with aluminium, steel and cast iron chips with briquetting capacity ranging from 50kg/h to 90kg/h depending on the material. It is positioned directly under the conveyor of the machining station meaning it can reduce swarf volume at source.
As a stand alone machine on wheels it can be easily manoeuvred around the workshop floor to where it is needed by any machining centre.
