After recently expanding their factory & manufacturing capabilities, Reginson Engineering have faced a large spending increase on neat cutting oil due to both quantity and higher prices.
As well as nearly doubling their factory floor space, the Nuneaton based sub contract precision engineering firm have also increased their machining capacity with 4 new Citizen sliding lathes in the last 6 months, with more still to come! With so much investment, any additional incidental costs are definitely not welcome. Whilst visiting the company on another matter, our MD Jason Stipling was able to recommend a solution to the team at Reginson.
By investing in an Aryma 61 manual swarf centrifuge from J&S Engineering they will now be able to reclaim up to 98% of the used oil spun from their waste swarf. Alongside this, the swarf itself now has a higher recycling value.
The centrifuge unit is fitted with an electric crane hoist and pivot arm to enable easy filling and emptying of the drum.
