Precision engineering company DP Engineering in Redruth urgently needed a solution to safely collect finished components from their Nakamura lathe.
The component ejection on the Nakamura has a very low exit point at the front of the machine and up until now the finished parts had be collected into a bucket but this was causing damage. As the ejection point is at the front, any method of collection has to be easy to move away from the machine door.
The BPH1200 suited this job perfectly with an easily adjustable height range of 390mm up to 1400mm. The unit is built onto a wheel mounted frame as standard meaning it can also be moved around the shop floor to be utilised to other machines.
