The newly redesigned version of our BPH1000 component collector has recently been installed at connectivity solutions company Cinch.
This updated version of our popular belt parts collector, has had a few tweaks and modifications to make it more user-friendly. The overall look and feel of the machine is more ergonomic, with a change to the position of the top mounted touchscreen control panel. The electrical cabinet is now situated into the base of the unit below the belt, providing the space for an integrated storage shelf. The unit retains its height adjustable feature with a change from the previous wind up / down method to a different mechanism.
The Chelmsford based manufacturing site of global company Cinch, are now safely collecting the components from their Citizen L32 sliding head lathe and are able to more easily operate 'lights-out' with the additional storage capacity the parts handler offers.
