Parvalux have invested in a swarf spinning centrifuge from J&S Engineering to enable them to start reclaiming 98% of their waste oil at their Poole production site.
The sharp rise in oil prices has effected manufacturing across the country and this south coast based electric motors and gearboxes manufacturer is no exception, seeing a significant increase in cutting oil expenditure for the company.
The manual centrifuge system comprises an Aryma 61 from our Swiss swarf spinner supplier Rimann AG, a bespoke 6m long A-frame gantry with electric crane hoist and lifting arm for loading and unloading the swarf bins. In addition, the centrifuge is fitted with an the oil reclamation tank and output pump to drain the collected oil off to a drum for reuse in the factory.
